Winemaker Stéphane Guion is a quiet, thoughtful man who puts a lot of care into his wine. He only uses the natural yeasts on the fruit for fermentation and includes no additives with the exception of very low amounts of sulphur added during bottling to preserve the wine on its long journey to our tables.
Big brother of the Domaine Guion "Candide" cuvee, this complex beauty is filled with ripe blackberry, spice, earthy aromas, and has a soft mouth feel but firm tannins.
