Historical cuvée produced since the 17th century, the Tradition Rouge is a blend of different terroirs, on safres and on rolled pebbles and of the eight black grape varieties of the appellation. The grapes are harvested by hand, After a double selection of the best bunches, first in the vineyard and secondly on a sorting table, the grapes are then vinified in indigenous yeasts in truncated-cone-shaped concrete vats, in whole harvest, or destemmed, depending on the grape variety. 10% of the wine is aged in barrels, and 90% in concrete vats for 14 months. Finally, the wine is bottled without filtration or fining and the entire vineyard is certified organic farming. 

A bouquet of red fruits and dark berries. Medium bodied with fine smooth tannins.  Roundness on the palate, with aromas of cocoa and morello cherry, with a licorice and peppery finish.  dark An herbal aromas of thyme and peppery finish. Velvety textured and layered. 50% Grenache, 40% Syrah and 10% Mourvedre. Enjoy now.

Today the Estate is managed by Florent Lançon, who represents the eighth generation and continues to uphold the family values. Here, in an environment in which every living thing has a role to play: the wildlife and natural vegetation, the vines, and the people. A great wine is created by the vines, without artifice, and tells the story of their setting.
