As if Chenin Blanc needs any introduction, the winemaking team of Domaine Le Facteur created this sparkling Petillant Naturel ("Pet Nat") that's a more aromatic take on their non-sparkling version. With grapes from the same 90 year old vines, this bottle is bursting with citrus, nutty, floral and apple aromas. 

It's layered, yet simple, and easy to pair with any meal course - although we enjoyed this one with a variety of creamy cheeses.
