"Les Funambules", meaning "the tightrope walkers", is as the name suggests: balanced. This wine is a blend of Pinot Blanc, Pinot Auxerrois, Gewürztraminer, Muscat, Riesling grapes and walks the tightrope of subtle floral notes, stone fruit, green apple and citrus, with high acidity and minerality.

The group of producers who craft this bright & zippy wine all come from wine-growing families in Alsace, France. The estate was founded in 2018 and began to vinify their first cuvées in 2019. They pay close attention to biodiversity and low- to no-added sulfur in the winemaking process, which assist in maintaining the vines and grapes in their natural state.
