A sustainable vineyard since the 1990's, Klepka-Sausse is at the helm of this vineyard co-operative creating distinct, rich and mineral driven Grand Cru champagne. Over 5.8 hectares of chardonnay being the supreme grape, each bottle showcases an expression all its own. 

Floral, almond, citrus and brioche dominates the aromas while the palate is well-balanced with full-bodied citrus fruit and honey to round out the experience. The finish on the wine is acidic but not-overpowering, so you can pair this with your favorite array of cheese - try with a comté, or complete your meal of baked cod roasted potatoes and grilled vegetables.
