Medium bodied and creamy, this aromatic wine is reminiscent of purple sage, sun-dried tomato, blackberry, and elderberry. We enjoy this wine both at room temperature or chilled in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Its medium body, high acidity, and low tannins is simple and pleasing to the palate. Super approachable and easy to enjoy on its own or with food.
Grapes are grown in Mendocina County, California from the Zacharias Block vineyard.
