Grown in California's sustainably farmed vineyards of Sandy Lane and Zabala, these grapes are picked from old vines where the climate is either windy & cool or hot & rigid. This is a low 8.0% ABV piquette style, which means it's made with rehydrated grape skins, seeds, and stems with some unlikely blends to really free your mind.
Ume (Japanese plum) is added along with heirloom hibiscus tea to create natural acidity. Riesling and a small addition of the Montepulciano grape is included for structure and familiar flavors & aromas. It’s layered with unlikely components to create a fresh, ripe strawberry and bubblegum flavor.
