The Azienda Agricola Pala (or Pala estate) was founded in Sardinia, Italy, in 1950.
This small family vineyard led by Marlo Pala, his wife and 3 children, take pride in respecting the vineyard and tradition of wine-making. Their certified organic take on rose has been an exciting journey for them "… we wanted to make a rosé that was able to revive the old tradition of Sardinian rosé, with an eye to modernity."
Fermented in stainless steel tanks, expect a crisp and mouthwatering acidity, floral nose with tart red fruit on the palate for a lingering, yet pleasing finish. A great accompaniment to your crisp salad, adorned with strawberries and a hint of basil.
