Shipping Policy
Shipping Timeline
Most orders will ship within 72 hours of being placed and a confirmation email will be sent that includes the tracking number. We use UPS Ground as our primary shipping method which takes around 3-5 business days for delivery.
Delivery
An adult of legal drinking age (21+) must be present to sign for the package upon delivery. UPS will attempt to deliver your package 3 times. After the 3rd attempt, your package will be returned to us and the shipping fee will not be able to be refunded. We are also unable to offer refunds for orders returned to sender due to incorrect addresses.
Where We Ship
We are currently able to ship wine to 45 states. If you have any trouble at checkout, please reach out to us at shipping@rosecreekwine.com.
Weather
Extreme temperatures can damage your wine, so we don't recommend shipping during extended periods of very hot or extremely cold weather. If your area has weather that may cause concern, we will hold your wine until there is more favorable weather. This could be up to a month or two. We cannot guarantee the integrity of wine shipped during periods of extreme weather.

Local Delivery
If you are in the DC area, please make sure you select the local delivery option at check out.
Shipping Terms and Conditions
By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you are allowing us to transfer your order to a third party shipping company. You are responsible to comply with state laws regarding the importation of the wine to the shipping state you have selected for your order.
