Winemaker Rosalina Molina has taken great advantage of the climate that Manchuela Spain has to offer.

Located west of Valencia Spain, the winery sits at 1100 meters high, which allows for a more unique showing of flavor and depth of character. The higher acidity in this wine is due in part to the cooling effect of the local climate. The skins were left in contact with the grapes for 24 hours, which produced the delicate amber color.

Complex aromas and bold flavors of apricot, plum, and citrus are full and lively. Pair this balanced orange wine with seafood, sushi, or tapas.
